Treasure Hunt!

Alright, so my task was to find 3 books; one with snow on the cover, a tree, and a weapon. This was really difficult, seeing as I have so many hard cover books, of which I have thrown out the book jacket! But I (kinda) managed!
Tree: Invaded by Melissa Landers. Okay, so its not really a tree, but its a small little branchy tree in the bottom right corner. Still counts, right?
Snow: The Iron Knight by Julie Kagawa. The whole theme is snowy, and there small little snowflakes decorating the boarder.
Weapon: City of Glass by Cassandra Clare. Look at that beautiful demon hunting sword on his back. Lovely.

4 Seasons 4 Books- Mini Challenge!

So this challenge entails finding 4 books that represent the 4 seasons. Well, these were my choices;     Spring- Ignite Me by Tahereh Mafi. Just look at those beautiful flowers!                                               Summer- The Infinite Moment of Us by Lauren Myracle. Come on, that cover screams summer!       Fall- Pandemonium by Lauren Oliver. To me, that orange tine is definitely giving off a fall vibe.       Winter- Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater. Between the blue cover and the name, its totally winter.

So It Begins!

In honor of the readathon, I feel the need to answer the opening questions!
Opening Meme:
1) What fine part of the world are you reading from today?
      Canada, represent!
2) Which book in your stack are you most looking forward to?
Oh gosh, don't make me chose! But probably The Notebook. I've seen the movie a million time, but (shamefully) have not read the book yet!3) Which snack are you most looking forward to?
Three words; yogurt. covered. pretzels.4) Tell us a little something about yourself!
I have a small obsession with mugs....5) If you participated in the last read-a-thon, what’s one thing you’ll do different today? If this is your first read-a-thon, what are you most looking forward to?
     This is my first time!!

I'm Back!

Oh wow, it's been awhile... But now I'm back! It's time to get this blog up and running! My inspiration for this blog is due to the fact that I have signed up for Dewys Readathon! What is this readathon exactly? Well basically, on April 25th, 2015, I will be reading for 24 hours. Now, you don't have to do all 24 hours, but I'm going to try my best, keeping the world updated on here!
On that note, I do want to start blogging my reading. I will try my best to make this a regular thing. If anyone has any book recommendations, let me know!
     Xoxo,
